I've been overwhelmed and completely humbled by the comments that I receive from people who are following this blog! I'm thankful for the way that I have seen God move in the lives of those who have read it and for the encouragement it has been to those who are already on their own Total Money Makeover journey. I have received text messages, Facebook messages, phone calls and face to face conversations with so many different people sharing their appreciation, their cheers, their advice and their questions. People are pouring out their best frugal tips and the websites that they follow regularly!

I didn't know you were doing this! How cool and fun and encouraging. We are on our way to financial freedom, too. Hate those mistakes with 0s on them. :( But, they are going away. And what a GREAT idea to have someone move in with y'all. Wish we could do something like that. ;) Keep up the good work and the creative ideas. *two thumbs WAY up* Blessings and love.
ReplyDeleteThanks! We are still in the infant stages of this journey, but having hope is one of the greatest blessings God gives us! We've made so many mistakes a long the way, but having a plan is really giving us the tools to find our way out! Have you read Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover?
DeleteI sat down to do Oct's budget and got so overwhelmed. Do you have yours in spread sheet form? Could you post a blank example? :) Just a thought.
ReplyDeleteWe don't use a spread sheet as we photo copy the sheets out of the back of The Total Money Makeover. We find it easier for us. But, I will work on a spread sheet tonight.
DeleteHere's a small tip... don't give up! We did so many budgets for this month it was ca-razy! If you keep with it you will work out the kinks and will find it exciting! I promise!
