Tonight is our last night of Financial Peace University.
I feel like it has been a complete success! God has done some amazing things in our behaviors. He's changed the way we think about money. I believe that He has given us a gazelle type intensity and has started us on the path to financial freedom.
I hesitate to post this next picture, but I do not do it to boast in anything that Hotsauce and I do, but instead to boast in what God has done in our lives.
It truly is a snapshot of what the last nine weeks have meant to us:
It is my hope that it will encourage you on your journey. It hasn't been easy. We haven't always done it right. But, we have learned and we have grown.
If you haven't started your journey for whatever reason. I would say that I have no idea if our results are typically, if they're more or less than the average FPUer... but it brings great joy to our hearts. We have one regular income that is slightly higher than the national average. We have 5 children. They don't have jobs... yet. I do sell a few things online, but things have slowed down this month (even more than I expected). Though Hotsauce has made up for my slacking by getting 3 odd jobs this month.
What I'm saying is that there's nothing exceptional about our income. We have a lot ofdependents children. But, God is blessing. He will bless you too!
No excuses. I don't care that it's December... start today!
